1. Eligibility Period
The Money Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of course enrollment/payment.
2. Exclusion of Discounted & Promotional Purchases
If a course is purchased under any discount or promotional offer, it will not be eligible for the money-back guarantee.
3. Eligibility Limited to One-Time Full Payment
The money-back guarantee is applicable only on one-time full payments and does not apply to EMI or partial payment options.
4. Refund Request
Students who wish to avail of the Money Back Guarantee must submit their refund request within the 30-day period from the date of enrollment.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once the 30-day period is completed, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
6. Mode of Refund
The refund will be issued through the same payment method used during enrollment or via another suitable method as decided by the institute.
Study Material Dispatch Policy
- 1. Dispatch After Guarantee Period
To maintain the integrity of the Money Back Guarantee policy, physical study materials will be dispatched only after the completion of the 30-day guarantee period. - 2. Early Dispatch (Optional)
Students who wish to receive the study materials before the completion of the 30-day period may choose to opt out of the Money Back Guarantee.
To do so, the student must send a written confirmation via email within the first few days of admission (e.g., 2nd, 3rd, or 4th day) stating that:
They are satisfied with the classes, and
They voluntarily choose not to exercise the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Upon receiving this confirmation, the study materials will be dispatched accordingly.
Important Note
Once a student opts out of the Money Back Guarantee to receive study materials early, the refund policy will no longer be applicable.
